This couple received the best Christmas surprise ever!  Their new baby girl arrived 6 weeks early, at the end of November. Mom and dad weren’t expecting her until the new year but she obviously couldn’t wait to celebrate her first Christmas with her new parents.  Baby M wasn’t too sure about me at first, but like most newborns I work with, she eventually decided it was ok to fall asleep in my cozy basket for a few snoozy newborn shots.  For the remainder of her shoot, I got to spend a lovely morning with baby, mom & dad, as they fed her, cuddled her, bathed her and spent time together as a new family. I absolutely adore the lovely, candid shots of baby having her bath in the kitchen sink – those images will be such a treasure as she grows up!
