It’s been one of the snowiest, wettest years I can remember, which has definitely made things a little tricky in the photography world. I’ve used my studio a lot more than normal, but I’ve also had to get creative with shoots, and rescheduling due to weather has been a very common occurrence.  Thankfully, the Siebold family was ready and willing to roll with the punches that this year’s weather dealt us.  The day of the shoot arrived and our plans to shoot outdoors at Diefenbaker Park were thwarted by the piles of fresh snow on the ground.  They decided to hold their session at home, and I actually love the way the photos turned out.  We got some casual shots inside, and then braved the cold outside for some more posed family shots.  Mom, dad and their 3 kids were real troopers, and kept me entertained with their antics and obvious affinity for one another. I love how their session turn out!
