Once upon a time, I was a new mama, pushing my wee one in the baby swing at the local park, and another mama with her baby struck up a conversation with me. I was exhausted and quite frankly, impressed that I actually made it out of the house on my own, but she was friendly and chatty and before I knew it, I was running into her everywhere I went.  Our kiddos ended up at the same daycare, and our friendship grew.

When Erika found out she was expecting her second baby, I was so thrilled for her.  I knew she was excited to expand her family. And when she asked if I would take her maternity photos, of course, there was no question – I couldn’t wait!  We met at the top of Diefenbaker Park in Tsawwassen, where it’s nice and wooded, and we were able to capture this lovely, dreamy, playful baby bump shots.
