We had a BEAUTIFUL summer this year! Barely any days of rain, hot weather, endless sunshine. As fall sets in, I’m reminded what it’s like to constantly check weather websites to make sure I wont’ get rained out of my weekend sessions. Over the summer, I didn’t even bother – it was just nice all the time! So, I decided to take advantage of that by offering discounted private family mini sessions on weekdays during the summer.

I met Vivi’s family down at Centennial Beach one Tuesday morning. I had hoped there would be a bit of a breeze but it was hot, hot, hot! These guys were troopers though, and after a few sunny shots in the fields, we moved to one of the trails where we found some shade in a large willow tree.  I loved the spark and vitality of this family. It just radiated from Vivi’s two young boys, and in between “serious” shots, I saw that spark in mom and dad too! A happy family on a beautiful day!
