Most of my photography business is family portrait sessions, and I love it. But every now and then, I get the opportunity to do something a bit different, and it’s really exciting! A few times a year, I get to have some fun doing boudoir sessions, and I can’t tell you how rewarding it is. I think there’s a general impression out there that boudoir photography is something we do for our partners – and there’s definitely a lot of truth to that. But the awesome thing about boudoir photography, is what it can do for YOU. I had my own boudoir photos taken as a celebration for myself after my son turned 1, and it was so empowering and freeing. I like to think that that is the best and most important thing that my boudoir clients take away from their session.
These particular sessions were done over the course of one day, with a group of women that are very near and dear to my heart. I was invited to their celebratory retreat in December, after they had spent the entire year of 2015, dedicated to making it their best year ever. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate!
**For Valentine’s Day** If you are interested in booking a boudoir session, please contact me. I will not be doing a boudoir marathon this year, but I am available for private bookings <3
