It was a gift for his lovely wife, who became a grandmother for the first time this past spring. This photo session, with the snuggly, 4-month old baby H, was Doug’s thoughtful gift to his wife, Nonie, grandmother of baby H. For this lifestyle session, I met Nonie in the comfort of her own home, along with baby H’s mama and daddy, but really, this sweet little girl was the star of the show!  She absolutely adored the camera, which seemed to be a welcome distraction from the teething that was also plaguing her.

We spent most of the session going at baby H’s pace, whether that was snuggling with mom & dad, playing with grandma, or chewing away on a teething toy. But she was incredibly content the entire time and that meant capturing some lovely moments for this entire family!
