Some people just put a smile on my face, no matter what. Heather is one of those such people. Always ready with a smile, a joke, or a motherhood commiseration, I just love being around her and her family, which I’ve had the pleasure of photographing quite a few times over the years.

Our first session was years ago, before her youngest was born, and we met at Fred Gingell Park in Tsawwassen. I was immediately draw to the fun and goofy rapport that she and her husband had with their boys. And her boys just had the best giggles ever. They still do.

So, it was a pleasure for me to photograph Heather and her family again this past Mother’s Day. I love seeing how they’ve all grown and changed, and I hope I get the pleasure of watching this family grow for years to come!
