Deas Island Regional Park is currently one of my favourite places for family photo sessions, which is why I chose to hold my annual Fall Family Mini sessions there this year.

There are so many lovely spots to choose from as a backdrop, but this year I decided to meet families at the back of the park, near the group picnic shelter. Just down one of the trails is a lovely spot where the light filters through the trees in a magical way, and there lots of space to run around and make memories.

This second batch of highlights from my annual sessions are with 3 lovely families that I’ve had the pleasure of photographing in the past. I’ve watched Carmel and her girls grow since her youngest was just 3, I’ve photographed the Epp family since Lindsay’s son was a baby, and I first met Reka when she brought her young son to a holiday mini session years ago.

It’s always lovely to catch up with these fabulous families in such a gorgeous location!
