It’s that season again! It’s time for Delta Youth Theatre’s spring show, and this May, they are presenting a real feast for the eyes and ears – Lion King Jr.! Once again, I had the utmost pleasure of offering headshot sessions to many of the young actors involved in the show, and once again, I loved every second of photographing these mega-talented, super-engaging, always-adorable kids.

Lion King Jr. boasts 4 (!!!) casts of amazing performers, and their headshots will be on display in the lobby of the theatre for all patrons to view. For many of these kids, it’s their first time being involved in DYT, and their first time having their headshot done, but judging from the finished images and the tiny bits and pieces I’ve seen of the show so far, none of us ticket-holders are going to be disappointed. The show opens on Friday, May 6th, with multiple performances taking place over the next 10 days at the Equinox Theatre at South Delta Secondary School.
