Southlands in Tsawwassen might be one of my new favourite places for headshot sessions lately! When the mother of this talented teenager suggested it as the location for her daughter’s session, I was totally game to give it a try, and I think the images turned out really well! Lots of interesting backdrops, new places to pose, and great light too!

This isn’t the first time that I’ve worked with Carys, and hopefully it won’t be the last either! I’ve watched her on the stage for a few years in local productions by Delta Youth Theatre, and have always been impressed that this understated-in-person teen can bring such a firecracker energy to the stage – but that’s exactly what I love about her. Not only that, but she’s incredibly easy to work with for headshots, and only rolled her eyes at mom a few times, lol!

All in all, I think we got a great variety of images for Carys, and I can’t wait to see what new endeavours she takes on in the world of acting!
