I remember when Monica’s little girl was a shy, little 2-year old who barely wanted to look at me during her family photo sessions. Now she’s a feisty big girl, full of silliness and smiles for the camera – no shyness at all! (Oscar, their pup, on their other hand, was decidedly *not* into having his photo taken, lol!)

Monica’s session was my last “official” fall mini session for the season and thankfully, the weather the held out for us at Diefenbaker Park. This was one of the first years in awhile that I had to reschedule a bunch of sessions due to rain, but eventually I was able to sneak them all in without anyone getting drenched! I certainly loved the fall colours at the park this year. It felt like everything was so much more vibrant than past year, even after most of the leaves had fallen off the trees. Not sure where we’ll end up for fall sessions next year, but Diefenbaker did not disappoint for this autumn season!
