Back in December, I had the pleasure of photographing Westshore Terminal‘s Employee of the Year – the lovely Stephanie! Back then, I was using a very emptied-out, bare bones version of my new studio space (pre-renovation), but Stephanie was a good sport about it and didn’t mind the plywood floors and rough edges. And with the right backdrop and lighting, it was impossible to tell that the space outside of the photo was as disastrous as it actually was.

Stephanie came very well prepared – hair and make-up done, professional attire and positive attitude. Chatting with her I learned that she was surprised to be receiving the Employee of the Year award, but to me it as obvious that she was an enthusiastic and friendly team-player with such a lovely demeanour. I had a great time chatting with her and getting to know her during her session!
