On a sunny Saturday morning in March, I had the pleasure of photographing the fantastic team at Maximum Income Property Management. Based in Tsawwassen, this hardworking crew manages rental properties all over the Lower Mainland, and it was such a treat to help them update their professional headshots and website imagery.
The session included individual portraits of nine staff members—from experienced property managers who each oversee dozens of rentals, to the talented maintenance crew who are true jacks of all trades, keeping everything running smoothly for tenants and property owners alike. We also captured a series of group staff photos that highlight their friendly, approachable vibe.
One of the stars of the day was Ted, the company’s beloved “Dog Ambassador,” who posed like a pro alongside company owner, David. (Every office needs a Ted, right?) Their bond was adorable, and Ted definitely added some extra charm to the shoot!
In addition to the portraits, we also took updated photos of the office space and exterior building shots to showcase their professional presence for their new website. The entire team was easygoing, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do—it made the morning fly by and the whole shoot a joy.
Working with a team like Maximum Income reminded me how much energy and dedication goes on behind the scenes of property management. From prompt repairs to tenant relations, they’re committed to keeping things running smoothly. I’m excited for their refreshed website to reflect the care and professionalism they bring to their work every day.
