Each “Mom & Me” photography session is 10-minutes long. Please be on time for your session (or better yet, early!), as we will be booked back-to-back, and will not have room in our schedule to make adjustments for late arrivals.

SOME FAQ’S

What should I wear to my shoot?

All sessions will take place against a simple white backdrop.  I recommend that you dress you and your children in simple colours and patterns.  Gray, white and pastels are great for colour choices.  Avoid busy patterns, logos and visible text on clothing.  Texture is great! (eg. scarves, jewelry etc.)

Can I bring my husband/partner along for a family photo?

We love husbands – we really do!  But this photo session is about you, and how amazing you are as a mom. We will only be taking photos of moms & children at this event.

What about my mom/grandma/mother-in-law? Can they be included?

YES! Moms and children of all ages are welcome.

How many people can I include in my photo session?

You can include up to 4 people in your photo session.  If your family is larger than that, please book two back-to-back sessions. We will do our best to squish everyone in against the backdrop.

How many images will I receive?

You will receive 3 digital negatives from your session, in both colour and black & white (6 images total).

How will I get my images?

Within two weeks of your photography session, you will be forwarded a link to a private, online gallery where you can view & download the three images from your session.

What if my kids don’t behave for the session?

Kids will be kids! Sometimes our little ones are really not interested in having their photo taken. Maybe they missed their nap; maybe they are teething; maybe they are grumpy teenagers!  We will do our best to get a great shot, but eran jayne photography will not be issuing re-shoots if we have behaviour troubles. Keep in mind that even the grumpy photos can be precious!

I don’t want to make my donation payment online. Is there another option?

If you are seriously uncomfortable with submitting your payment online, please contact me. We would prefer to have all payments made online as that keeps things organized and simple!

I want to donate more than $20 to the Pacific Post Partum Support Society! Can I do that?

YES! We would love for you to increase your donation! The PPPSS is a fabulous organization and we would love to donate as much as possible to them so they can continue their amazing work.  At the donate link above, you have the option of donation $20, $40, or $60. We will also have a donation jar available onsite. If you would like to donate another amount, please contact me for more information.

I need to cancel my session. How do I go about doing that?

If you need to cancel your session, please let me know as soon as possible. Donations are non-refundable, and re-scheduling will be based upon availability.
