When an awesome friend refers you to another awesome friend, it’s bound to be an amazing photo shoot! I had been hearing about the infamous Kat & Jesse from my lovely friend Heather for years, so I couldn’t wait to meet them in person, along with their adorable son, for a relaxed and fun maternity session at the Cleveland Dam in North Vancouver.

Kathryn & Jesse definitely lived up to their extremely positive reputation, but I have to say that it was their sweet little boy that stole the show – even if it was mom’s baby bump that was supposed to be on display! Mr. E had an infectious smile and was more than happy to put on a show for my camera. I can’t wait to watch him interact with his new baby sibling when he or she arrives – I suspect there will be many more amazing family photos to come!
