This little girl is going to be SO loved! Sweet baby P joined the world this past August, and when she did, she lucked out with a spunky, doting big brother, a lovely, caring mama, and a very hands-on and dedicated daddy. And I think she already knows how loved and lucky she is because she spent almost her entire photo session fast asleep, totally content with what was happening around her.

So often, I’ll arrive at a family’s home for their newborn session, and their newest arrival is wide-eyed and awake, ready for their big day in front of the camera. Mom and dad are often nervous because normally “she sleeps all day” and it feels like the pressure is on to get baby back to sleep for those cute and snuggly newborn shots.  But Baby P could not have cared less that I had arrived! She immediately dozed off, snuggled up in my blankets and basket, making my job super easy right from the get-go.

I absolutely adore the photos we captured at this lifestyle session and hope that I’ll get to photograph Miss P and her brother again, as they grow!
