I think I say this every time I write a wedding photoblog post, but I really have the best wedding clients! I only work with a few couples every year, as I prefer to keep my summer weekend dates for travel and family time. But I always seem to end up working with the loveliest, chillest, kindest couples!

Marni & Paul certainly fit the bill! Many moon ago, I met Marni when we were working on a production of The Vagina Monologues together, and we’ve stayed connected through the magic of Facebook over the years. When she reached out to me earlier this year to ask if I would take some wedding photos for her, I couldn’t wait to see her again and capture this awesome day for her and her new hubby!

We met at Fraser River Heritage Park in Mission, just after their wedding ceremony at a local hotel. It was a small wedding party (my favourite kind!) and a beautiful location, complete with sweeping scenery and even a bunny who decided to join the photos! It was a true pleasure catching up with Marni, meeting her new husband and capturing these photos for her!
