It wasn’t what they had originally planned for their wedding day, but it was beautiful all the same. With supportive family members & close friends at their sides, Kasia & Josh said “I do” in mid-March at the quaint and rustic Loft Country event venue, and I was fortunate enough to be invited onsite with them that day as their wedding photographer.
Kasia was a stunning bride, arriving at the nuptial site via horse-drawn carriage. Josh eagerly awaited her arrival looking so dapper and sophisticated in his tailored suit. The ceremony took place in the middle of the “street” of the rustic, western town, set in the back of the Loft Country property.
Their wedding vows were charmingly sweet, with references to their first date at a cupcake shop, and a few insides jokes and giggles. Friends & family from all over were able to participate virtually as the ceremony was live streamed, and the bride & groom made sure to speak to all of their virtual attendees after the ceremony.
After the ceremony, their few guests were each sent away with a prepared take-away wedding feast and a bottle of champagne – such a beautiful touch for this unconventional celebration.
For Kasia & Josh, their wedding day was certainly unforgettable – in more ways than one (thanks Covid!) – but I’m so glad they were able to celebrate their love for one another, despite the many ups and downs of planning a wedding during a pandemic! Congratulations to the both of you, and thank you so much for including me in your day!
