Oh my goodness, it had been a long time since I had been around a newborn baby. My own son is already 8 (EIGHT? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!?), and with Covid this past year or so, the newborn lifestyle sessions have taken a steep decline.

But for this brand new family of 3, we were able to make a newborn session work outdoors, and I’m so glad we did! Sweet baby F was very content in her cozy stroller as we took a walk down by the water, and only fussed a wee bit when mom & dad took her out to snuggle her on a lovely patch of grass. She just loved being cuddles by her new parents, and it was obvious that they were still very much in awe of this amazing human being they had created together.

Our time together was somewhat brief as we didn’t want to keep their baby girl outside in the cooler air for too long, but it was plenty of time to capture some truly lovely images of this tiny munchkin.
