I’m pretty lucky in that almost all of the families that I get to work with are kind of a perfect “fit” – not just for my style of photography, but with personality as well. I love working with families that have a great sense of humour, lots of positive energy, and are not afraid to laugh at have fun at their session.

I’ve been friends with Kavie & Lorraine for a very long time – since before any of us had babies – and we’ve always gotten along swimmingly. These two are so friendly and personable, but also driven, ambitious and encouraging. I just love being around their energy – and when you add their 3 kids to the mix (who also have the same awesome energy, as you’ll see from the photos below), you honestly can’t go wrong.

They had a gorgeous night for a sunset session, and were totally game to play along with my crazy prompts and suggestions, given 110% to every giggle, every joke and every silly face. It was the perfection combination to environment and subjects to create these unforgettable images below!
