I am so lucky when it comes to the people I get to work with! When it comes to my annual sunset sessions, I am always looking for families who are ready to have fun, play a little bit, show off their personalities and not worry about getting that “picture perfect, Christmas card” photo. Kathryn’s family was all that, and more!

She claims that her kiddos can often be shy and reserved, but boy-oh-boy, I saw none of that! Kathryn’s two children were full of beans and an absolute treat to work with, resulting in some truly precious photos that really showcase their fun-loving personalities. And mom and dad were not afraid to play along with them, giving glimpses into their own goofy sides as well.

This sunset session was truly what it is all about for me – joy, laughter and time with family at a truly beautiful location. A big thank-you to Kathryn and her crew for coming out to play and not being afraid to be goofballs!
