Once upon a time, I had the honour of visiting this family at home and photographing them when their youngest was a newborn. I immediately fell in love with their easy-going nature and genuine care for one another, and I’m thrilled that they are still trusting me with their family photos, years later.

They lucked out with one of those epic, golden-sun, pink sky evenings in late August – perfect not only for running and twirling through the fields of Centennial Beach, but also for log-jumping, beach-combing and and crazy antics in the sand. And, of course, they were up for all of it! These sunset sessions can often feel like a whirlwind, but that’s exactly the way I like them!
