When people are searching online for a service or product that you offer, they are looking for positive affirmations. They want to know that you are offering what they need, and that you are approachable and knowledgeable – and having great headshots on your website is a key part of that first impression.

Dr. Sarah Harland at Tsawwassen Place Dental knows that it’s important to show the friendly faces of her on her website, and asked me to stop by in the fall to capture some headshots for some of her new staff. It was a beautiful, sunny day when I popped by, so we took advantage of the scenic deck on the back of her offices. I loved that this backdrop included greenery and friendly flowers (not to mention a spider web or two – thankfully, not pictured in any of these shots!), because I think that backdrop really adds to the approachable and friendly nature of her staff and business.

Each one of these women was a treat to work and chat with. I always love hearing about how people happen upon their careers, and loved that all three of these people were so passionate about dentistry and teeth (go figure, lol!)
