The lovely Kristine was back in my studio again last month! Kristine runs a very successful business called Java Group Programs, which brings senior citizens together with music and friendship. And as we all discovered when Covid hit us in early 2020, the emotional and mental wellbeing of our senior population is of the utmost importance!

Kristine is so soft-spoken and kind, but she’s also brimming with enthusiasm and dedication towards her business and her programs, which are now used in over 1800 organizations across North America – a very impressive number! Since I last saw her pre-Covid, her business has grown by leaps and bounds, as she’s hired new staff members and expanded her offerings. It was very exciting for me to hear how business has been going for her!
