Most of the time, sunset sessions are just as warm as the sunshine in the images suggests – but not every time! For the Laing family, it was an aesthetically beautiful evening – glowing sky, a few clouds, and a gorgeous family to photograph. But there was a bit of a breeze on the beach that made the end of the their session a little chilly especially when they decided to be brave and get in the water – but every single one of them, including their lovely pup, Swift, persevered!

And speaking of Swift, I have never met a more chill or pose-friendly dog! Just check out those photos of her with each of the kids – completely photogenic with an absolutely lovely temperament.

This session was truly a pleasure to do and I’m so thrilled with how their photos turned out. This family clearly shares a lot of love! Thank you so much to the Laing family for sticking it out with me in the chillier weather, and for being such a delight to work with!
