Headshots for Tom – A New Chapter Begins

It was such a pleasure to have Tom in front of my camera recently for a professional headshot session! Tom is embarking on an exciting new career as a mortgage broker, and I was thrilled to help him create a set of headshots that reflect his warm personality and professional approach.

I’ve known Tom for a little while now through his lovely wife, Lora, who I’ve had the joy of working with on several Delta Youth Theatre productions. Whenever I’ve chatted with Tom, he’s always come across as incredibly warm, easygoing, and a truly engaging conversationalist. Those are exactly the kind of qualities that will make him a fantastic mortgage broker, and I know his clients will feel instantly at ease with him.

For the session, Tom came prepared with a range of wardrobe options, from a relaxed button-up shirt to a sharp suit and tie. This gave us lots of flexibility to capture both casual and polished looks, perfect for different types of marketing materials. I love when clients bring variety because it really helps tell the story of who they are and where they’re headed.

It’s always inspiring to photograph someone who’s stepping confidently into a new chapter, and Tom brought that quiet confidence and charisma to every shot.
